THÉORIE DE L'ACTION
Si l'école offre aux enseignants et au personnel des opportunités d'apprentissage systémique fondées sur une rigueur académique soutenue et engageant les apprenants dans des interactions de qualité, les pratiques pédagogiques à l'échelle de l'établissement s'en trouveront améliorées. Les élèves atteindront ainsi des niveaux d'apprentissage de plus en plus élevés.
Si les expériences d'apprentissage quotidiennes des élèves sont guidées par des normes élevées et une rigueur académique, soutenues par des supports pédagogiques rigoureux et des interactions structurées, les élèves apprendront à lire, à écrire et à penser de manière critique dans toutes les disciplines.

I am excited to serve as the Assistant Principal of Early Childhood and Elementary Academy. With over 18 years of experience in education, I began my career as an Early Childhood teacher and have worked with students from Pre-K through 8th grade in both General and Special Education.

I am so excited to serve as the Middle School Assistant Principal.
Middle school is such a special, dynamic time—it's full of big changes, new discoveries, and a lot of personal growth. Having worked with students across many grade levels, I know how much these years shape who kids become. My goal is to make sure every single student knows they belong here and has what they need to succeed.
